The challenge
Alpura Lodges only listed its properties on Airbnb and wanted to become more professional with its own website.
The goal: present each property, take direct bookings outside Airbnb, and keep the option to list on platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia later on.
The solution
I built a custom WordPress and Elementor site with a design that reflects the alpine character of the properties.
I set up a channel manager so bookings are handled directly from the site, without going through Airbnb and its commission. The architecture is ready to connect other distribution platforms in future. Each property has its own page, with carefully chosen visuals to convince visitors to book direct.
