The challenge
NORA, Nyon Office de Régie et d'Administration SA, needed a website that matched its positioning: a close-knit property management firm, close to its clients and firmly rooted on La Côte.
The task was to turn its values (trust, loyalty, respect, elegance and perseverance) into a clear and distinctive digital identity, while making it easy for visitors to browse available properties. The site also had to stay simple to manage day to day.
The solution
This project was built in direct partnership with Immosprint.
Immosprint created a bespoke digital identity, true to the agency's world and values, and I handled the design and full development of the WordPress site. Every page was built from scratch to create an elegant, fluid editorial experience in line with NORA's positioning. The site is connected to the agency's property CRM, so listings sync automatically and available properties appear without any double entry.
