How coverage works
Onboarding audit
Before we start, I audit your site. I decide whether I can take on its security. I may ask you to replace an abandoned plugin or fix a blocking issue before I accept the subscription.
Unpatched vulnerabilities
I apply every fix as soon as it is released. If a plugin is hacked through a flaw its developer has not patched yet, I cannot be held liable. I still clean and secure the site at no extra cost.
What is still billed
New features, content or design changes and plugins added at your request are billed by the hour, at CHF 75.- instead of CHF 100.-.
Your part
No new plugin, theme or admin account without letting me know. No solution guarantees absolute security, but a site that is checked every day is a much harder target.

Most hacked WordPress sites are not targeted personally. Bots look for plugins that were not updated after a vulnerability was published and exploit them automatically. So the risk does not come from WordPress itself, but from the time between a fix being released and being installed. With the plan, that time is kept to a minimum: I update, audit and monitor your site every day, and if something breaks, I fix it.

Wordfence is a very good security plugin, and I install it on your site. But a plugin on its own does not update your extensions, check that the site still works after an update, track published vulnerabilities or repair your site after an attack. The plan covers all of that.
No, the plan covers your site's maintenance and security, not hosting. I can offer hosting in Switzerland if you need it.
