I pair the Next.js application with a headless CMS (such as Sanity, Strapi or a decoupled WordPress). You can edit your whole site easily from a clear interface, without ever touching the application's source code.
React and Next.js projects are by nature more ambitious and built entirely from scratch. A realistic starting budget for a working web application with advanced business logic is generally around CHF 5,000.
That's the whole point of Next.js. Unlike plain React (which causes serious indexing problems), Next.js renders pages on the server (SSR). Google's crawlers receive the finished code straight away, which gives you the best possible organic rankings.
